Program Details
Designed to empower and elevate, Leadership North County (LNC) equips participants with real-world tools for professional advancement and civic engagement. In addition to practical skills and insights to expert perspectives, LNC provides invaluable opportunities for networking, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving.
Now entering its seventh year, Leadership North County is where future leaders are forged. With a curriculum focused on key local industries, community needs, and personal leadership growth, LNC empowers individuals to discover their purpose, amplify their voice, and drive meaningful change across Northern San Luis Obispo County.
Participants graduate from the program with life-long friendships and a deeper understanding of the issues and needs within the north county area and how their leadership can positively impact it.
Cost
The tuition for each participant is $2200.
Fees may be paid directly by the applicant, by their employer or by a sponsor.
Eligibility
Any Adult, 21 years of age or older who lives and/or works in the San Luis Obispo North County area may apply.
Selection
The selection committee evaluates the applications and conducts personal interviews.
